Home Services
Services to Children in Their Own Homes (SCOH) is a program offered in conjunction with the
City of Philadelphia’s Department of Human
Services. CAS of PA staff work with parents to:
- Assure the ongoing safety of children in
their own homes
- Improve the climate in the home so children
at risk of being taken from their parents
can remain with their families
- Identify and successfully use services
that are available to them in their own
communities.
